"Carson did a great job explaining everything to me and in about 30-40 minutes he had calculated an estimate for me based on my current insurance provider. The estimate was very competitive with what I am currently paying for insurance. Unfortunately, I have a lot of things going on in my life right now - new job and financial obligations - so I could not commit and make the switch to State Farm. However, they were so helpful and I am going to reach back out in the future! Sarah Beth Dickerson (training with Carson) was very attentive and did a great job reaching out to me and keeping detailed notes of our conversation."

"initially these guys were great to work with, while I know that underwriting and the agents are completely different departments and ultimately underwriting denied the coverage, the office and its employees were almost non existent after I sent initial payment to start the coverage. They would not communicate and tell me what was going on or if I needed to provide any more information, they would not answer the phone, I was getting tossed around from 1 employee to the next. Again, great initial service, every thing past that these guys treat you like a number."
